01 Is the price more expensive if I go through Miin?
No. We’re not a broker. The price is exactly the same whether you book directly with the hospital or through us. We're compensated by the hospitals directly for marketing, handling international patient coordination, scheduling, and aftercare, so you never pay extra and your finances are handled by the hospital.
02 How do we pay?
All payments are handled via the hospital of your choice, no payment is processed by Miin Medical & Beauty for all surgical and non-surgical procedures including bookings.
03 Is the consultation free?
Yes, all pre-consultation with us and face-to- face consultations with your surgeon(s) are free. No hidden fees, no catch.
04 How do you select the hospitals and surgeons in your network?
We go through a rigorous process where we select our surgeons based on real life results, not just on paper. Control, reliability and insured results every time.
05 What happens if something goes wrong after the surgery?
After surgery, you will be given multiple follow-ups and post- operative hospital clinical care with your surgeon(s), nurses on-site and with us present at all times. Our partner hospitals are medically insured so that any issues or problems can be resolved immediately.
06 Are you a licensed agency?
Yes. MIIN is a government- licensed medical tourism provider, accredited by the Korean Ministry of Health & Welfare. Our license number is publicly verifiable.
